What we can do…

The kitchen is the heart of the home. Sometimes clutter in the kitchen makes it difficult to enjoy the space. Over the years we accumulate more dishes, small appliances and Tupperware containers than anyone can use in a lifetime. At Overstuffed, we will help you make decisions about what is still useful and what you don't want to keep wasting space on. We will also minimize and organize pantry contents to make finding ingredients for dinners and lunch box items easy to find and access. Creating an organized kitchen and pantry will not only save you time, but tons of money. List making becomes a quick and easy task to complete before running out the door to the store. No more duplicate boxes of Cheez-Its taking up precious pantry space! Are you stuck in a dinner rut? We are excited to offer assistance in creating dinner menus and coming up with exciting lunch box ideas.

With busy lives and families piling up insane amounts of clothes on a daily basis, we all desperately desire a clean and organized space to tackle those never-ending piles of laundry. The laundry room is often a multi-purpose area where we need to store backpacks, shoes, coats, and necessities for family pets. We have the ideas and systems to help make these areas fully functional for your family. No worries, we’ll climb mountains of laundry to make this area a place you don’t mind spending time.

So many ways to get creative in a master closet!

Most of us have enough closet space in our homes for any items we really need. If not, we can help in making the sometimes difficult decisions about what to keep and what to let go of. Our bedroom closets become so “over-stuffed” with clothing, shoes, purses and other belongings, it becomes difficult and time consuming to find what we are looking for. Minimizing the items we have, can and will make getting out of the house each morning a more simple and stress-free process. You’ll have a sense of joy and happiness when you find those long lost leggings you’ve been searching for, or that old college sweatshirt your husband insists you’ve thrown out. Another perk of clearing out closets, is that you can make a TON of money selling some of the items you don't need or want! How great is that!?! Clearing out and rejuvenating closets is one of our favorite things to help others do. It's oh so satisfying!

Children's rooms are the most fun!

Children grow and their needs change at an alarming rate, their rooms should do the same. Getting rid of items they no longer use as well as toys and clothes they've outgrown, is a great way to make room for all the new and exciting things that are constantly coming into our homes. Space to play and explore gives children opportunities to learn. Having organized bedrooms and play spaces where kids can find what they need will lead to their success. Nurseries:

The arrival of a new baby is sometimes overwhelming, and a lot of first time parents just need a little “push” in the right direction. Bringing home carloads of gifts from multiple baby showers is fantastic, but it can also cause a lot of confusion. Beginning to take things out of packages and trying to decide, “what is the use for this strange looking gizmo”, and “where would be the best place to keep this in my home??”, can be quite confusing. Overstuffed is here to help. We have the experience needed to assist with your everything from determining what should be on your baby registry, to unpacking and organizing gifts, to deciding how best to set up the nursery. These areas are classic clutter-catchers. It's easy to toss small items in a drawer and forget about them in spaces like a medicine cabinet, bathrooms used by multiple people, and dark linen closets with deep shelving. We can declutter & organize paperwork by creating systems that fit your needs. No more late fees for unpaid bills you couldn't find!


 

MOVING SERVICES:

Moving is an exciting time!

Decluttering and getting organized isn't always about using the space you have to its highest potential. Maybe your family has grown beyond what your current space is capable of and you need assistance clearing out old, unused items or packing away belongings you don't want in your home during the selling process. Maybe you are a new “empty-nester” and it's time to downsize. Either way, moving is an exciting time and shouldn't cause stress and anxiety. Overstuffed will ease the stress during this time and make moving an exciting experience for you and your family!

My moving services include but are not limited to:

  • Decluttering and storing items not needed in the home during the selling stage

  • Packing items in preparation for your movers to arrive

  • Helping to arrange movers and coordinate them on the day of the move

  • Being present during the unloading process and directing movers to where items belong in your new home

  • Assisting in the unpacking of boxes and organization of items in their new space

We work with our clients who are moving on a case by case basis to create a plan to meet the specific needs and requests!


This is a basic rundown of the services offered by Overstuffed at this time. We are ready and willing to tackle other areas of your home as needed and offer tips and tricks on how to stay clutter free and organized after our process is complete.


 

Our Rates:

I think it’s important for anyone thinking about investing in their home to first be able to see what I have to offer them and then be informed of the cost so they can make a decision about what my services are worth to them. Everyone has a different budget for these kinds of things and I understand that how much a service will cost plays a big part in their decision to hire a professional organizer like myself. I believe my rates are affordable, competitive, and reasonable so I don’t feel a need to hide them like others offering similar services. I like to be open and honest with my potential clients from the beginning and that means letting them know before they even contact me what to expect. When reviewing my rates below keep in mind that I always offer free consultations to allow myself to make a professional and educated estimate about the amount of time I believe will be needed to complete your project…I do not oversell! That being said, take a look below and feel free to contact me with any questions. I hope that including these rates will help you make an informed decision.


Sessions are typically booked anywhere between 3-6 hrs at a time.
A minimum of 2 hours is required for booking and is $120.

All additional hours are $55/hr and include:

  • In home consultation

  • Product research & shopping

  • Communication via text before & after your session

  • Hauling off unwanted items that can be donated to a place of my choosing (I cannot take trash or recycling)

I do my absolute best to always give the most accurate quote at the consultation so my clients are informed of how many hours I believe their project will require.

Prepaid maintenance packages and a Subscribe & Save options are also available.

How it works: 3 hours of services each month, scheduled at your convenience at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. You can schedule your entire year if you’d like!
Pre-Paid Option:
This gets you 3 hrs per month at $45/hr hr for 12 consecutive months; for a total of $1,620. The entire amount is due at the time of purchase and you may then schedule each month to fit your schedule. This option is non-refundable.

Subscribe & Save:

This is for those clients of mine that love to have me back again and again but would rather pay month to month and still save some money. This is a great deal and a huge savings if you think you need me in your life 3 hrs per month each and every month!

This package is offered at $50/hr hour for a yearly total of $1,800.

Booking & Cancellation Details for the above packages:

You must use your hours or lose them, they cannot be carried over to the next month. Two monthly payments are due to begin and the remaining will be charged monthly on the 1st of each month; Cancel anytime for a fee equal to 1 months payment ($150 for Subscribe & Save only).
You will also have the option of adding hours at anytime during the month at that same rate!

These hours can be used for whatever you like. Schedule monthly for general decluttering and maintenance, closets need attention?, getting ready for a move? take it slow and prep for it over several months then bring me in after the move for help unpacking/setting up, need the house picked up before your cleaning crew arrives? I’ll come in and do all the picking up they won’t do! No more cleaning around everything or spending hours of your own time cleaning before they come!

I also offer a 1 hour Consultation & Advice session for $55. This session is intended for my clients who want to do their own decluttering and organizing. I will come to your home to assess the situation, listen to your needs & goals, and then offer ideas as well as systems you can use to accomplish your goals on your own time and at your own pace. After your session I will research storage systems for you and offer additional advice through messaging about what you could use in your spaces. If you decide within 7 days of this planning session to purchase an in person decluttering/organizing session with me, your fee will go towards the newly purchased session.

A $75.00 deposit is required at the time of scheduling each session. This deposit is non-refundable but can be used toward any session for up to 60 days.
